What is reconciliation?

Already Created Users or newly created, modified, deleted users in Target System that Particular Users are reconciled into Oracle Identity Manager is called “Reconciliation”
There are two types of source Reconciliation in OIM:
1. Trusted Source Reconciliation
2. Target Source Reconciliation
Trusted Source Reconciliation:
Target system is designated as Trusted Source are reconciled into OIM(Oracle Identity Manager) is called Trusted Source Reconciliation.
for example: Hrms data are trusted source , newly joined employees information created in HR System then employees are reconciled into OIM. This Operation are performed Full or Incremental
Full: First time Reconciliation is called Full Reconciliation

Incremental: Daily Scheduled the Process reconciled i.e, day to day  users profile modification, new created users, deleted users in hrms
Target Source Reconciliation: 
Target system or resource designated as Target Source are reconciled into OIM is called Trusted Source Reconciliation. This Operation are perform only one time or Intial Reconciliation or Full Reconciliation before start the production.
